LARGER GROUPS /LONGER STAYS, EVENTS? Just ask! Discuss with owner for best rates!
ONLY ADD Additional guests' fees (> 2 persons) for up to 4 nights (amounts cover the additional cleaning, linens laundry and admin fees to help keep our nightly rates LOW!) So if you have a longer stay than 4 nights and more than 3 guests, no further fees!
NOTE: Please feel free to ask for custom quote if longer than 3 night stays!

*Larger Groups, pets, children require higher Refundable Deposit as outlined in terms, but may be paid after reservation to complete your booking, (Completely refundable per terms). Processing fees, additional cleaning/laundry/utilities beyond standard may be deducted after checkout per terms. Pay with no fees via ACH payments. Or choose credit card payment with PayPal, Square.
We also accept VenMo or Zelle for easy-book!
NOTE: We are a UNIQUE property that offers OPTIONAL Add Ons such as our custom Specialty Baskets, floral arrangements, and homemade goodies, to further "customize your stay" later with the "Add Ons" page!
NOTE: We consider discounts for larger groups, events, celebrations, and booking the "Combo" with all details disclosed on number of persons, pets, children, or longer stays. Just ask!
