NO Additional guests' fees if > 2 persons or more than 4 nights per accommodation) Guest fees for shorter stays cover additional admin fees for cleaning, linens laundry, pool heating, pool towels for pool/hot tub area, complimentary wood for fireplace/ fire pit, and admin fees to help keep our nightly rates LOW! So if you have a longer stay than 4 nights and more than 3 guests, no further fees!

*Larger Groups, pets, children require higher Refundable Damage Deposit (RDD) as outlined in terms, but may be paid after reservation to complete your booking, and is COMPLETELY REFUNDABLE per terms within 7-14 days or less following your stay. Processing fees, additional cleaning/laundry/utilities beyond standard may be deducted after checkout per terms. Pay with ACH or choose credit card payment with PayPal, Square.
We also accept VenMo or Zelle for easy-book if you prefer for faster return on RDD!
NOTE: We are a UNIQUE property that offers OPTIONAL Add Ons such as our custom Specialty Baskets, floral arrangements, and homemade goodies, to further "customize your stay" later with the "Add Ons" page!
NOTE: We consider discounts for larger groups, events, celebrations, and booking the "Combo" with all details disclosed on number of persons, pets, children, or longer stays. Just ask!
